John leads the project services team in North America at Thought Machine, and is responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of customer implementations of Vault. A transformation specialist, John has led many organisations and teams to grow, change and perform.
John joined Thought Machine from Virtual Clarity (A DXC Technology Company), where he led a specialist team of advisors in guiding clients across all sectors in cloud transformation, modern platform development and technology strategies.
He has worked with multiple financial services organisations, including LCH, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, PNC Bank and Barclays Bank. John started his career as an apprentice for what was British Rail Telecommunications, as an electrical/electronics engineer, before transitioning into IT networks, services and software, working for Lotus Software as a sales engineer and then into project management and technology change consulting.
Brian leads partnerships in North America for Thought Machine, and is responsible for defining and driving the strategy for growing and enabling the partner ecosystem in the region.
A former management consultant, Brian has significant experience advising U.S. financial institutions on their digital transformation journey. Prior to joining Thought Machine, Brian helped lead the next generation digital banking practice at Deloitte Consulting where he oversaw sales, client delivery, and partnerships. Brian holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering.
Travers heads up Thought Machine’s sales and marketing teams, and is responsible for leading business development, customer acquisition, and brand building activities to drive global growth.
Travers has over 15 years’ board level experience scaling regional sales and marketing functions across software, banking, energy and retail industries. Before joining Thought Machine, Travers was Chief Marketing Officer at Fiserv and Managing Director at Barclays, where he led the market launch of peer-to-peer payment app PingIt. Prior to this, Travers was responsible for launching EDF Energy into the UK, as well as building their pioneering Nectar scheme.
Andy is an experienced entrepreneur and investor. He co-founded Active Hotels which he sold to Priceline.com and became CEO of their non-US business. He then co-led the acquisition of Bookings BV and subsequent merger with Active Hotels to form what is now Booking.com (market cap over $50bn). He was Chairman of Toptable (now part of Priceline) and co-founder of Reevoo. He is an active business angel, regularly teaches at LBS and INSEAD and is a board director or adviser to a number of tech ventures.
