Liam leads the sales and sales engineering functions for EMEA and Americas for Thought Machine, and is responsible for driving the strategy for existing and new commercial engagements across these regions.
Liam holds more than ten years’ experience in driving technical and commercial strategies in the core banking and enterprise payments. Prior to joining Thought Machine, Liam was head of enterprise payment solutions for EMEA in Dovetail which was acquired by Fiserv in 2017.
Liam holds a degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in applied computing. He was an experienced solution and enterprise architect before moving into leading commercial engagements.
Randy leads the partnerships and strategic alliances function for EMEA, and is responsible for executing the growth and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to Thought Machine, Randy was at Bottomline Technologies leading their global strategic partnerships team. He also has an extensive background, with senior positions at Visa, American Express, Rank Xerox and Intelligent Environments.
Randy holds a first class bachelor’s degree in business.
Hans Morris is managing partner of Nyca Partners, a fintech VC in New York and San Francisco founded in 2014, and currently investing in its third fund. He is the chairman of the board of Lending Club, and a board member of six private companies: AvidXchange, Payoneer, SigFig, PayRange, Fidel, and Propel. From 2010 to 2014 he was managing director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm. From 2007 until 2010 he served as president of Visa Inc., and from 1980 until 2007, he worked at Citigroup in several operating and management roles, including CFO and head of finance, technology, and operations for Citi’s institutional businesses, COO of the investment bank, and head of the financial services group at Salomon Smith Barney. He is a trustee of the Public Theater in New York and a former chairman of the boards of MASS MoCA and the Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth. He graduated from Dartmouth College.
Nitesh joined Thought Machine in January 2020 as the global director of risk and compliance. Prior to Thought Machine, Nitesh had 15 years’ financial services experience working in consultancy, regulation and politics. He has worked at international marquee brands in the private and public sector, including as a management consultant at PA Consulting, Financial Services Risk and Regulation consultant at PwC, regulator at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and advisor at UK Parliament.
Nitesh's career in financial services regulation was predominantly focused on regulatory investigations and retail conduct and has experience with working with all of the big five UK retail banks, as well as several other retail banks, building societies and investment banks.
