Randy leads the partnerships and strategic alliances function for EMEA, and is responsible for executing the growth and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to Thought Machine, Randy was at Bottomline Technologies leading their global strategic partnerships team. He also has an extensive background, with senior positions at Visa, American Express, Rank Xerox and Intelligent Environments.
Randy holds a first class bachelor’s degree in business.
Anthony leads the Asia Pacific project services team and is responsible for the delivery of Thought Machine's projects throughout Asia Pacific, ensuring our high-quality client delivery standards.
He is a delivery specialist who has successfully overseen the delivery of transformational business and technology projects and programmes within Australasia and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Thought Machine, Anthony was responsible for project delivery for a number of banking software providers, assisting their clients with the adoption of new technology and the establishment of best practice project delivery and governance methods.
Anthony started his career as an apprentice in the Royal Australian Navy, responsible for the maintenance of various electronics systems on board a submarine, before transitioning into test and trials management for a defence contractor. He eventually transitioned his knowledge and skills into the mainstream technology industry as a project manager and project delivery consultant.
Matt is responsible for building the underlying operational infrastructure to support the company's global growth ambitions. Matt ensures that the company is operating with agility and resilience on a day-to-day basis, while also building strategic innovation projects for international expansion.
Prior to joining Thought Machine, Matt spent seven years leading the global M&A Engineering Integrations team at Google. Among the 120 acquisitions he led during his time in this role was Paul Taylor’s business Phonetic Arts in 2010. As a computer scientist and a former engineer, Matt decided to join Thought Machine as he is passionate about how technology can be used to positively disrupt outdated industries such as banking.
Martin is a commercially focused lawyer with over twenty years’ experience who is leading and expanding Thought Machine’s global legal team and corporate secretariat function. Martin is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the group's global legal strategy, which involves navigating complex environments in multiple markets, facilitating governance and working with Though Machine’s customers in their highly regulated industries.
Prior to joining Thought Machine as General Counsel, Martin was a senior partner at the commercial technology legal practices of both Taylor Wessing and Latham & Watkins. Martin specialises in the financial services sector and has advised many of the world’s top-tier investment, commercial and retail banks in the UK, Europe and the USA.
