John leads the project services team in North America at Thought Machine, and is responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of customer implementations of Vault. A transformation specialist, John has led many organisations and teams to grow, change and perform.
John joined Thought Machine from Virtual Clarity (A DXC Technology Company), where he led a specialist team of advisors in guiding clients across all sectors in cloud transformation, modern platform development and technology strategies.
He has worked with multiple financial services organisations, including LCH, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, PNC Bank and Barclays Bank. John started his career as an apprentice for what was British Rail Telecommunications, as an electrical/electronics engineer, before transitioning into IT networks, services and software, working for Lotus Software as a sales engineer and then into project management and technology change consulting.
Giovanni leads Thought Machine’s engineering team responsible for building and executing on the product strategy for our core banking product, Vault Core.
Prior to joining Thought Machine, Giovanni worked in finance as a research assistant and software engineer for one of London’s algorithmic trading firms, developing various parts of the research tools and trading platform.
Giovanni holds a degree in computer science from the University of Parma and a MSc in computing with distinction from Imperial College London.
Andreas leads the sales engineering function for Thought Machine in Asia Pacific. Andreas and his team cover the entire pre-sales process of an opportunity from qualification to success.
Living in Asia for eight years, Andreas joined Thought Machine as one of the first employees to grow the business in Asia Pacific. Andreas has spent more than 15 years in consulting, IT management, solution and integration design, development & supporting (L1, L2) of complex systems, using high-graded multi-tier architecture across Europe, Asia and Australia.
Martin is a commercially focused lawyer with over twenty years’ experience who is leading and expanding Thought Machine’s global legal team and corporate secretariat function. Martin is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the group's global legal strategy, which involves navigating complex environments in multiple markets, facilitating governance and working with Though Machine’s customers in their highly regulated industries.
Prior to joining Thought Machine as General Counsel, Martin was a senior partner at the commercial technology legal practices of both Taylor Wessing and Latham & Watkins. Martin specialises in the financial services sector and has advised many of the world’s top-tier investment, commercial and retail banks in the UK, Europe and the USA.
